| Who can be treated? |
 |
| The treatments developed in Ergodinámica
Centres can be applied to any
individual with mechanical problems, evidenced
by pain in the feet, lower extremities (legs, hips, etc.)
or back, independent of his or her age. |
 |
| Children,
adults and
elderly people with abnormalities in the spinal
column or lower limbs, or those who have difficulties
walking and keeping either static or dynamic balance. |
 |
| People who experience backaches, sore
legs, muscle pain, excessive tiredness, etc. because their
jobs or daily activities require them to stand for long
hours or constantly move around on their feet. |
 |
| Any athlete
(recreational, amateur or professional) who participates
in any sport or exercise, especially sports in which the
lower limbs exert intense pressure upon a surface such
as those that involve running, cycling and jumping. In
addition to treating recurrent condition and injuries,
the physical performance of
any type of athlete can be optimized. |
 |
| In the sphere of athletics, it is worth
mentioning cycling.
For this sport, Miguel Sánchez-Osorio designed
a unique new technique that includes the creation of an
asymmetrical handlebar tailor made for each athlete. Given
the asymmetry of human anatomy in contrast to the symmetry
of conventional handlebars, this new technology helps
to prevent injuries and optimize cycling yield. |
