CUSTOMIZED INSOLES
Specially designed to optimize the biomechanics of your gait and correct it progressively.

Ergodinámica customized insoles are the comfort element designed to carry out the treatment following the results obtained in the biomechanical gait study.
We talk about treatment because Ergodinámica customized insoles, unlike other insoles available on the market, are not obtained from a static mold, but are designed and parameterized to the needs of each patient and are not limited to alleviating the pain caused by mechanical alterations but correct them.
After a complete biomechanical study of the gait, following our unique and patented methodology, we obtain a complete diagnosis that allows us to find out the mechanical causes of the body’s altered balance and to design customized insoles specific to each patient that allow them to be corrected progressively according to each case.
Benefits of these customized insoles
Improve and extend mobility
Eliminate joint and muscle pain
Enhance natural physical and athletic performance
Correct bad postural habits
Improve stability
They provide a better quality of life
Help prevent injuries
They allow the physiological movement of the foot, without atrophying the musculature during walking.
biomechanics
We identify the imbalances that occur during movement in order to propose methods of intervention to correct and improve movement.
Features of these insoles
Manufactured with high quality materials. They are made with EVA rubber of different densities, to give them maximum lightness, flexibility and impact absorption produced both when walking and running, or playing sports.
The coating is breathable and antibacterial for maximum hygiene, as well as providing the best grip thanks to the anti-slip coating, and adapting to any type of footwear.
Particularly suitable for:
Adults
Foot disorders, metatarsalgia, fasciitis, spurs, morton’s neuromas, periostitis, gonalgias, chondropathies in knees, chondropathies in ankles, trochanteritis, lumbalgias, scoliosis, muscular overloads, tendinitis and enthesitis in lower extremities.
Children and teenagers
Valgus feet, pes cavus, flat valgus feet due to ligamentous hyperlaxity, Genu Valgus, lower limb dysmetry, scoliotic attitude, scoliosis, adductus feet, periostitis, gonalgias, sgood slater.
Athletes
Prevention of injuries, better tolerance and assimilation of training, improved performance, treatment of injuries described above such as tendinitis, muscle overload, etc.
Elderly
Gonarthrosis, coxarthrosis, HAV (hallux valgus), metatarsalgia, claw toes, lumbago, genu varum.
Process for obtaining insoles
1. Biomechanical gait study
We make an initial visit to an Ergodinámica center where we will carry out a biomechanical study of your gait using our patented system.
2. You will receive the insoles at home
With the data obtained in the study we will proceed to manufacture the specific templates for your needs, which you will receive directly at the address you indicate, after just a few days.
3. Use and adaptation
You can now put your Ergodinámica insoles in your footwear to start correcting your biomechanics by modifying your current position to improve it. This adaptation process usually takes about 15 to 20 days, depending on each person. Initially, it is advisable to start walking and gradually introduce physical activity.
4. Follow-up and reviews
The optimal follow-up program for our patients is based from the first visit onwards on a check-up between four and six months after the insoles have been worn, followed by an annual check-up.
