2. Conditions of use and access

This Legal Notice regulates the use of the Web portal www.ergodinamica.com (hereinafter, ‘the Web portal’).
The use of the Web portal and its contents confers the condition of User (hereinafter, the ‘User’) and implies the acceptance of each and every one of the conditions included in this Legal Notice, in the version published at the time of accessing it.

The User undertakes to make diligent use of the website, in accordance with the Law.

The User must read the Legal Notice carefully each time he/she visits or uses the Web portal, as the conditions of use may be subject to change.

Ergodinámica reserves the right to interrupt at any time and without notice access to the Web portal, as well as to interrupt, temporarily or permanently, the provision of any of the services and content provided through it, either for: technical reasons, updating and maintenance, security, failure in the power supply network or for any other cause.

3. Industrial and Intellectual Property

All the information and contents of this Web portal as well as the design, images and photographs, source codes, brands, commercial names and claims, denominations, knowledge formats, articles, studies, etc., are subject to the intellectual and industrial property rights of Ergodinámica.

Under no circumstances does access to the Web portal imply the waiver, transfer, assignment or total or partial licence of said intellectual or industrial property rights, nor does it confer any right to use, translate, adapt, alter, exploit, reproduce, distribute or publicly communicate, for commercial purposes, said contents without the prior and express authorisation of Centro Ergodinámica.

4. Responsibilities

Centro Ergodinámica shall not be liable in the event of temporary interruptions of the service, delays or malfunctioning of said service whose origin is beyond its control or due to fraudulent or culpable action by the User, or due to force majeure.

In any case, Centro Ergodinámica will not assume any liability for direct or indirect damage, consequential damage and/or loss of profit.

When third party websites or associated brands can be accessed through search engines or links, Centro  Ergodinámica acts as an intermediary service provider in accordance with article 17 of Law 32/2002, of 12 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.

5. Applicable law and jurisdiction

In all cases that may involve a conflict that may lead to a situation of litigation involving the Web portal, it shall be governed and subject to current Spanish legislation, with the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona being competent to resolve all conflicts arising from or related to the use of this Web portal.
