Two paths:

Training diet (where we can reach the goals we are looking for and where we adapt to your feelings and work, family and training needs).
Pre-competition diet (for the week prior to the competition you are planning).
Competition diet so that you can manage energy according to the event, profile and competitive moment in which we are.
Recovery diet (to recover 100% and face the next competition successfully).
Maintenance diet (for when we reach our ideal target weight, performance, fat percentage,…)
