Physical preparation

It is scientifically proven that in many pathologies controlled physical activity can be prescribed as an element of prevention, maintenance and/or regression of the same pathology. Ergodynamics we design training programs adapted to the objectives of each patient. We do not believe in a single methodology, because not all training systems are good for everyone. Therefore, thanks to the joint work of our medical-sports team and personal trainers, we program training sessions completely customized to the needs of each patient / athlete.

Physical preparation programs are indicated for:
1. People who have suffered or suffer from any pathology and by medical prescription must perform physical activity, as in the case of people who have had a cardiac or metabolic problem (diabetes), etc.
2. People who want to improve their fitness and prevent possible pathologies associated with a sedentary lifestyle.
3. Athletes/athletes who compete in their modalities and seek to improve their sporting performance in order to improve their results in competition.

The programs have a quarterly, semi-annual or annual duration, depending on the patient’s needs and are based on 5 pillars:

Control and personalization of the training.
Education to the practice of physical exercise.
Teaching a correct physical activity practice.
Change of habits and healthy lifestyle.
Micro progression and adaptation in the exercises.

Training sessions are conducted individually or in groups of up to 4 people. Throughout the exercise program, performance is monitored and the program is adapted so that it can be carried out consistently outside the personalized training sessions.

SPORTS TRAINING PROGRAMS

Cardiovascular training:
After performing a stress test we define a training plan to achieve the optimal levels of the cardiovascular system of the sport practiced.

Strength training:
After a detailed physical assessment we identify the strength deficits of one or more muscle groups. The objective of strength training is to develop symmetrically the muscle chains involved in the movement by correcting muscular imbalances.

Sport specific training:

Running technique training:
Thanks to an in-depth analysis of the gait, the appropriate corrections will be made and a progressive pattern will be designed to achieve the right relationship between the different phases of the stride.

Training by objectives:
We prepare specific training sessions for events and/or competitions (triathlon, marathon, etc.).
